Reading Time: 3 minutes

Greetings Friends 4 Life,

Client business at the Louetta Planned Parenthood began quite slow this morning. The parking lot was so empty that when PP Escort R- arrived at about 8:15, he walked over to the vigil strip and asked if they were closed again today. I said there wasn’t a posting on the door, as is usual when they’re closed, so I assumed they were open. We chatted awhile, until a client parked and went inside, at which point R- left the vigil strip to take up his escort role.

Activity continued to be slow, with only three clients by ten minutes after nine. The pace of client visits picked up from there, with about fifteen having come and gone by the time our 9:30 am relief by St. Edwards arrived. Joyce and I were joined by one at first, then three more from St. Anne during our post, so we had a strong showing for the early vigil today. Several from St. Edwards arrived to relieve us at 9:30 am, a couple ladies from St. Anne stayed over, and more, perhaps from other churches, assembled on the strip by the time we left.

The sight of those strong soldiers of God standing together in prayer and singing His praises compelled me to turn my truck around and go back!

Prayer Vigil

I wanted to be among them, to feel the power of God coming through them. I am absolutely certain they touched whoever saw them or could hear their singing. They were awesome in their stand for Life this morning!!!

Huge thanks to all, for your prayers and personal vigil from home this morning! God bless you!!

About Our Weekly Prayer Vigil

MCRTL volunteer, Joe W., holds a sign every Saturday morning to let Planned Parenthood clients know about alternatives to PP. As PP clients come over to speak with our volunteers, they are provided with a Health Services List which provides information about local Pro-Life pregnancy centers, such as PACN, Birthright, Care Net, Blue Blossom and Tomball Pregnancy Center. Thus we are able to accomplish much both spiritually and naturally to minister to the women and young men.If you plan to pray at Planned Parenthood, please download and take the Health Services List with you so that you have alternatives to offer.
