From Death to Life: An Abortionist’s Story – September Monthly Meeting – 9/26
In 2007, 40 Days for Life began as a movement that would spread worldwide in just a few years. Rooted and grounded in love, it has changed the face of the Pro-Life movement as a whole, emphasizing the need for prayer for the unborn, their mothers and fathers, and abortion workers.
As we approach the fall 40 Days for Life campaign, we are thrilled to feature a very special guest speaker. Dr. Haywood Robinson, Director of Medical Affairs and Education for 40 Days for Life, is a former abortionist who left the industry when he received new Life in Christ in 1986. Both he and his wife, Noreen, who is also a family practitioner and former abortionist, have been passionate about the Lord and Pro-Life work ever since.
You will not want to miss this engaging speaker, full of warmth and wisdom, who has experienced both sides of this issue and chosen Life! If you already plan to participate in the 40 Days for Life, his insight will prepare your heart. If you have never participated, you will leave understanding the tremendous impact you can have by simply being a part of this intentional, global prayer effort!
MCRTL sponsors the local 40 Days campaign that takes place at Planned Parenthood at 4747 Louetta Road. The fall vigil will run from September 25 through November 3. To learn more and/or sign up for a vigil time, please visit 40 Days for Life Spring. You will also want to join our 40 Days for Life Kickoff Rally on Saturday, September 21, where we will sing, pray, and hear the story of Cameron Barker, whose mother was actually signing the forms in the abortion facility when she had a change of heart due to the prayerful presence of two people outside the facility. Cameron and his father, Kirk, will share their miraculous story.
