The Greek philosopher Diogenes once said, “The foundation of every state is the education of its youth.” We at Montgomery County Right to Life wholeheartedly agree! This year, MCRTL has chosen four Lone Star College (LSC) students to receive the Dr. Joseph Graham Pro-Life Scholarship. These passionate young leaders are committed to educating and inspiring their peers on the sanctity of Life. They will continue the work through Lone Star Right to Life at LSC- Montgomery and through Pro-Life Timberwolves at LSC- Tomball.

Come meet our MCRTL Pro-Life Fellows on Thursday, September 27. Abigail Lopez will join Rachael Sutton at LSC – Montgomery in The Woodlands, and Levi Robison and Allen Barreras will serve the LSC-Tomball campus.

We are happy to introduce Rachael, Abigail, Levi, and Allen and give them an opportunity to share their vision for the Pro-Life ministry at LSC.  The evening will be a time of informal interaction and relationship building. Light refreshments will be served.

Lone Star Right to Life was started in August 2013 on the LSC–Montgomery campus by MCRTL’s first Pro-Life Fellow, Christian Rodgers. Lone Star Right to Life became the first campus-sanctioned Pro-Life club ever on an LSC campus!

Sponsoring Pro-Life Fellows at LSC provides a wonderful opportunity to minister the message of Life to our community, especially young adults. Lone Star is an integral part of our community, serving not only traditional college-age students, but also high school students through dual credit, and nontraditional students pursuing career advancement.  Lone Star is also the fastest growing junior college system in the nation!

Please bring your LSC students and also teens who may be attending dual credit classes.  They too can get involved in these exciting campus groups!
